IRONCLAD Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every IRONCLAD garment. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, the following policy applies:

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of product defect or incorrect shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence for assistance.
